Professional spot welding machine, ideal for welding nickel strips (0.1mm – 0.25mm) on cylindrical Li-Ion, Ni-MH, and Ni-Cd batteries (18650, 21700, 26650, etc.). Operates with a built-in battery, perfect for mobile repairs, and the maximum output current can reach up to 800A, allowing hundreds of welds on a full charge.

How to Use

• Place the nickel strip between the welding heads and press the foot pedal to trigger the welding.
• Wait approximately 0.5 seconds for the weld to complete, then release the pedal switch.

Recommendations for Welding Quality

• Do not use the machine if the displayed voltage is below 7.3V – charge it in time.
• Do not operate the machine with the charger connected.
• If the welding head oxidizes (turns black), sand it lightly before use.
• The current is adjustable according to the nickel strip thickness:
  • Position 5 – for 0.1 mm strip
  • Position 6 – for 0.15 mm strip
  • Position 8 – for 0.25 mm strip
