Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy
Thank you for choosing Zellago.eu. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return the products under the following conditions.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason, starting from the day you received the product.
This right applies to consumers (individuals) in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable national consumer protection laws.
The direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.
Return Steps
Step 1: Send an email to info@zellago.eu with your order details (order number, product, reason for return).
Step 2: You will receive confirmation and instructions for the return.
Step 3: Pack the product securely (preferably in its original packaging) and send it to the address indicated below.
Step 4: After receiving and inspecting the product, we will process the refund within 14 days.
Product Condition
- Products must be returned clean and undamaged.
- Please keep the original packaging if possible.
- The consumer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Refunds
We will refund the full amount (including original shipping costs, up to the amount of the least expensive standard delivery we offer) within 14 calendar days from receiving the withdrawal notification.
The refund is processed via PayPal (using the same payment method as the original transaction), unless the buyer expressly agrees to another method.
We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we receive the products or proof of their dispatch.
