Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy
Thank you for choosing Zellago.eu. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return under the following conditions:
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason, starting from the day you received the product.
This right applies to consumers (individuals) in accordance with the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013. We recommend returning products in their original packaging and in complete condition.
The direct cost of returning the goods (shipping to our warehouse) shall be borne by the customer.
Conditions for Returns
- The returned product must be clean and undamaged.
- Please keep the accompanying documents (invoice, warranty card) to facilitate the process.
- If the product has already been installed, used, or shows signs of unauthorized interference, the customer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Attention: The right of withdrawal is intended for checking the nature and functioning of the product, not for its long-term use before return.
Refunds
Within 14 calendar days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw, we will refund the full amount paid by the customer, including the original delivery costs (up to the amount of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us).
Right of Retention: We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back (whichever is the earliest).
The refund will be processed using the same payment method as the initial transaction, unless the customer has expressly agreed to another method (such as bank transfer).

- Packages sent with “Cash on Delivery” (COD) will not be accepted.
