Right of Return

Products may be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt, without the need to justify your decision and without any penalty.

The return policy applies only to individual consumers, in accordance with Government Decision 34/2014. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Conditions for Accepting Returns

• The product must be unused, with no installation marks or other alterations.
• The original packaging (boxes, bags, labels) must be kept in good condition.
• Returns will not be accepted for products damaged by use, incorrect installation, or unauthorized interventions.

If the returned product is not suitable for resale as new, we reserve the right to refuse the return. In this case, the product will be sent back to the customer without a refund.

Attention: Do not use the product if you intend to return it. The right of withdrawal only allows inspection of the product, not its use.

Product Value Reduction

According to Government Decision 34/2014, the customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of products caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

Refunds

The amount paid will be refunded within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the returned package.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
