All products offered on Zellago.eu are accurately described, but slight differences between the image and the actual product may occur. We reserve the right to change descriptions and prices without prior notice.
Orders are subject to our approval. The minimum order value is 10 €. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of issues with availability, payment, or other circumstances.
3. Prices and Payment

4. Shipping
Delivery is carried out via courier (FedEx, DPD, national postal service, and other verified carriers) within 2–5 business days. Shipping costs 6 €. Free shipping for orders over 80 €. More information on the Shipping Information page.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. The direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer. Details on the Return Policy page.
6. Warranty
Products are covered by a legal guarantee of conformity of 2 years from the date of delivery, in accordance with applicable legislation. Details on the Warranty page.
