Product Warranty Information

Warranty Conditions

The warranty applies only to products that have been used properly. Products must be installed or set up correctly, without any modifications or unauthorized interventions.

In the event of a claim, the customer must be able to provide proof of correct installation, for example via an installation document issued by an authorized technician or certified professional.

The warranty does not cover the following cases:

• Products showing signs of incorrect installation
• Products that are physically damaged or burned out
• Products with unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Products used under unsuitable conditions (voltage, temperature, etc.)

Legal Basis

According to current legislation, the seller is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect installation.

Customers must follow the installation instructions. In case of any issues, proof of proper installation is required.

Products Without Warranty

We do not provide a warranty for consumable products, parts that naturally wear out over time, or sensitive electronic components. Additionally, products modified after delivery are not covered.

We reserve the right to refuse warranty claims if the returned product does not meet the original conditions or has been misused.
