Product Warranty
All products sold on Zellago.eu are covered by a legal guarantee of conformity of 2 (two) years from the date of delivery, in accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/771 and applicable consumer protection legislation.
Warranty Conditions
The warranty applies to products used for their intended purpose and in accordance with the user manuals and installation instructions provided by the manufacturer.
The warranty does not cover defects resulting from:
- Improper assembly or incorrect installation
- Physical damage, mechanical shocks, or overheating
- Unauthorized modifications or interventions in the product structure
- Use in conditions that do not comply with the product’s technical specifications
- Normal wear and tear due to use
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
Step 1: Contact us at info@zellago.eu, providing your order number and a description of the defect (attach photos if possible).
Step 2: Our team will evaluate your claim and respond within 48 hours with further instructions.
Step 3: If the claim is approved, we will offer: product repair, replacement with an equivalent product, or a refund.
Legal Framework
The legal guarantee of conformity is governed by:
- Directive (EU) 2019/771 of the European Parliament and of the Council
- Applicable national consumer protection laws
Defects arising from misuse or incorrect installation are not covered by the legal guarantee.
Exclusions
The warranty does not apply to consumable products, components subject to normal wear and tear, or products that have been modified after delivery.
Each warranty claim is assessed individually based on the condition of the product and the circumstances of its use.
