Multifunctional transistor tester for automatic detection of NPN and PNP transistors, FETs, diodes, dual diodes, thyristors, SCR, with automatic identification of the transistor’s pinout.
Includes a frequency generator, voltmeter, and IR encoder, all integrated into a single ATMEGA328P DIP-28 chip. It features a 160×128 pixel color screen with graphical display for the tested component symbols.

- ESR (Equivalent Series Resistance) measurement for large capacitors (over 90nF)
- Display of capacitor voltage decay rate over 5000pF to determine the Q factor
- Simultaneous measurement of up to 2 diodes, displaying polarity and forward voltage
- Detection and graphical display of LED and Zener diode symbols
- Measurement of the reverse capacitance of PN junctions in diodes and transistors
- Measurement of inductance for resistances under 2100Ω, range 0.01mH – 20H
