Analogue OFF-delay timer relay: automatic shut-off with no complex programming
Does your bathroom fan stay on long after you’ve left the room? Do you often forget to switch off the warehouse lights? An OFF-delay timer relay is the perfect solution—no apps, no Wi-Fi, and no electrician required. Simply set your desired interval using the rotary switch, connect to your 220V supply, and the module handles the rest automatically.
Note: This device features an OFF-delay (delay-off) function only—the relay activates immediately upon power-up and switches off automatically once the set interval has elapsed. This is NOT an ON-delay timer.
Why choose this model? (Key benefits):
- 16 preset intervals — ranging from 1 minute to 8 hours (480 min), easily selectable via a rotary switch with no risk of configuration errors
- Instant activation — the relay engages the moment power is applied, with zero initialisation delay
- 7A switching current — directly power your bathroom fan, lighting, or small motor without needing an additional relay
- AC 110–220V compatibility — works seamlessly across both European (230V) and international (110–120V) power grids
- Low power consumption — draws only 43mA, making it ideal for permanent installation without impacting your electricity bill
- Dual-signal LED — stays solid when the load is active and flashes once the time has elapsed and the relay has cut power
- Fire-retardant casing, -25°C ~ +85°C — built to withstand demanding environments, including workshops, warehouses, and sheltered installations
- Compact dimensions: 57×35×20mm — fits easily into electrical panels or distribution boxes without taking up unnecessary space
Performance and Specifications
The analogue timing mechanism means there is no firmware to update, no batteries to replace, and no complex interfaces to configure. Simply select your position on the 16-step rotary switch, and the module will repeat the cycle accurately every time—no drift, no surprises. The 7A output contact is suitable for a wide range of household and light industrial loads, including fans, LED or fluorescent lighting, small pumps, heaters, and humidifiers. The fire-retardant plastic housing provides dust protection, adding an extra layer of safety in environments where dust or moisture may be present.

Programming and Usage Instructions
- Select your interval by turning the rotary switch to the desired position (1, 3, 5, 10, 15, 25, 30, 40, 50, 60, 90, 120, 180, 240, 300, or 480 minutes).
- Connect the module to your AC 110–220V power supply following the wiring diagram included in the package.
- Upon applying power, the relay activates immediately—the LED will glow steadily, and the connected load will start.
- Once the set time expires, the relay disconnects automatically—the LED will begin to flash, and the load will shut off.
- To start a new cycle, simply interrupt and reapply the power supply; the module will reset and begin the timing sequence again.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between OFF-delay and ON-delay?
With OFF-delay (this module’s function), the relay turns on immediately when powered and turns off after the set interval. With ON-delay, the relay turns on after the set interval has passed. These functions are opposites—please ensure you require an OFF-delay timer before purchasing.
Can I connect a 220V bathroom fan or lamp directly?
Yes. The module supports up to 7A at 220V AC, which is more than sufficient for standard bathroom fans (typically under 1A), lighting, and small motors. No additional external relay is required.
Can I set an intermediate interval, such as 45 minutes?
No. The module offers 16 fixed intervals—there is no continuous adjustment. Please select the closest available interval to your needs (e.g., 40 or 50 minutes instead of 45).
What does it mean when the LED flashes?
Solid LED = the relay is active and the load is receiving power. Flashing LED = the time has elapsed, the relay has cut off, and the load is no longer powered. To begin a new cycle, interrupt and reapply the power supply.
