Programmable Time Relay – Digital Timer Module 220V
Programmable time relay with digital timer and dual LED display, ideal for automation and precise control of time intervals in 220V electrical applications.
Technical specifications:
| Time range | 0-999 seconds, 0-999 minutes, 0-999 hours |
| Supply voltage | AC 220V |
| Working current | Maximum 10A |
| Maximum power | 1500W |
| Dimensions | 79 x 26 x 43 mm |
| Mounting hole size | 72 x 40 mm |
Main features:
- Dual LED screen for setting two distinct time intervals: T1 and T2
- Wide timing adjustment range: seconds, minutes, or hours
- Flexible operating modes: delay, timing, loop (repetitive cycles)
- Stores set values even after power interruption
Common applications and usage examples:
- Pizza ovens: controlling baking cycle duration by switching power on and off at preset intervals.
- Pellet boilers: automating fan and burner cycles for efficient combustion control.
- Automatic lighting in greenhouses or aquariums: switching on and off at defined intervals for energy savings.
- Industrial automation: controlling equipment that requires intermittent operation, such as pumps, fans, or cooling systems.
Available operating modes:
- P1-0: after delay T1, the relay activates
- P1-1: after delay T1, the relay does not activate
- P1-2: after delay T1, the relay activates; after T2, it stops
- P1-3: after delay T1, the relay does not activate; after T2, it activates
- P1-4: repetitive ON/OFF cycles (ON after T1, OFF after T2, repeat)
- P1-5: repetitive OFF/ON cycles (OFF after T1, ON after T2, repeat)
Instructions for use:
- Connect the module according to the wiring diagram in the pictures.
- Power it with AC 220V. The display will show the default T1 time.
- Briefly press the SET button to enter time setting mode. The digital tube will flash.
- Using the + and – buttons, set the desired value for T1 (e.g.: ON duration).
- Press SET to switch to T2 (e.g.: OFF duration) and set the desired value.
- Press SET to save these settings or wait for automatic saving.
- Press and hold the SET button to enter the parameter setting menu.
- Set P0 for the time units:
- P0=0 – seconds
- P0=1 – minutes
- P0=2 – hours
- Briefly press SET to switch to P1 and set the operating mode:
- P1=0 to P1=5 (according to the operating modes description above)
- Briefly press SET to save and exit the settings menu.
Example of common setting (repetitive ON/OFF cycle):
If you want the relay to operate for 30 seconds and then stay off for 60 seconds, repeating this cycle, follow these steps:
- Connect the module and power it according to the instructions.
- Set T1 to 30 (seconds) – duration when the relay is active.
- Set T2 to 60 (seconds) – duration when the relay is inactive.
- Set P0 to 0 (time unit in seconds).
- Set P1 to 4 (repetitive ON/OFF cycle mode).
- Save the settings and let the module operate automatically in this cycle.
