36V/48V 350W Brushless DC Controller – Replace your old unit in under 30 minutes
Is your original controller faulty, or are you looking to upgrade your BLDC motor without replacing the entire electronic system? This universal brushless controller automatically detects whether you are using a 36V or 48V battery, removing the need for manual configuration. It is designed for seamless integration with electric scooters, e-bikes, and e-scooters without requiring complex modifications.
Note: This controller does NOT include Pedal Assist System (PAS) functionality. Speed is controlled exclusively via a throttle or potentiometer. Please verify compatibility with your motor before purchase.
Why choose this model? (Key Benefits):
- Auto-Voltage Detection (36V/48V) — No manual setup required; the controller automatically identifies your battery voltage to prevent connection errors.
- Works with or without HALL sensors — Compatible with both sensor-equipped and sensorless motors without needing wiring changes.
- No speed limiting — Enjoy full performance control via your throttle or potentiometer, perfect for riders who want unrestricted power.
- 18A peak current, 350W power — Ideal for daily urban commuting and mixed terrain, featuring built-in overcurrent protection.
- Self-Learning Calibration — If your motor runs in reverse, simply connect the ‘Learning Cable’ for one minute to automatically correct the rotation direction.
- Compact design: 105 × 70 × 35 mm — Fits easily into most scooter decks or e-bike frames without structural changes.
- Brushless technology — Offers superior energy efficiency and near-zero mechanical wear compared to traditional brushed motors.
Performance and Technical Details
The 3-phase BLDC technology ensures quiet operation and higher efficiency than conventional motors, resulting in less heat and increased range per charge. The 5-wire HALL sensor mode provides smooth starts and precise rotor control, while the sensorless mode ensures broad compatibility with older or simpler motor types. The integrated brake cut-off wire instantly kills power to the motor when you brake—a vital safety feature for any urban mobility system.

Installation and Setup Guide
- Connect the motor phase wires to the corresponding terminals (Phase A, B, C).
- Connect the HALL sensor plug (5-wire) if your motor is equipped with sensors. If not, skip this step.
- Connect the power supply: Red wire to the positive terminal and black wire to the negative terminal of the battery.
- Connect your throttle to the dedicated plug.
- Test the system. If the motor fails to start, check the wiring and verify a 5V output on the throttle wires.
- If the motor rotates in reverse, connect the Learning Cable, let the motor run for at least 1 minute, then disconnect the cable.
- Operate the throttle again to confirm the correct direction of rotation.
- Connect the brake cable to enable the automatic motor cut-off function.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will this work with my 250W motor?
Yes, it is compatible with 250W motors at 36V or 48V. Please check that your motor is a 3-phase BLDC type before installation.
Can I use this on a 24V system?
No. This controller is designed exclusively for 36V and 48V systems. Using it with a 24V battery may damage the unit.
What if the motor spins backwards?
Simply connect the ‘Learning Cable’ while the motor is running for one minute, then disconnect it. The controller will automatically correct the rotation direction.
Does it include Pedal Assist (PAS)?
No. This model is designed for throttle or potentiometer control only. If you require PAS support, please browse our other controller models.
